To request the cancellation of the order, we ask you to contact us through our service channels as soon as possible after the completion of the order, as our billing and shipping process is fast, may be that the cancellation option is no longer available in our system.

First we ask you to check if it really is past the delivery deadline, remembering that the deadline begins to count one business day after the date of approval of payment of the order. If the deadline for delivery, after confirmation of payment, has expired, please contact us through our service channels, to analyze the situation with the carrier and resolve as soon as possible.

    EXCHANGE POLICIES

    In Agua Menta, our top priority is keeping our customers happy and feeling that they received the best service and the best product. For these reasons, if you want to exchange one or more items purchased in our online store, you have the right to do so within 30 days of from the day you received your purchase.

    IMPORTANT: The exchange policy will only apply to items that 1) have all tags still attached, 2) show no signs of manipulation, 3) are in their original packaging and with all their accessories intact, and 4) have not been used, washed, or altered. Products that do not fulfill these conditions will not be accepted for exchange and will be automatically sent back to the client without notice.

    Agua Menta will not bear any of the shipping costs for any exchange. Both shipping costs (from the customer to us, and back to its destination) will be borne by the costumer.

    How our exchange process works:

     

    For the first exchange shipping is free (valid only for shipments within the Dominican Republic).

     

    Step 1- On this page you will find a form that says, “Exchange Form”, fill it out with the required information.

    IMPORTANT: Check very carefully the conditions of the “Exchange Policies” and that your product (s) meet (s) all the requirements requested to make an exchange in the online store of Agua Menta.

    Step 2- You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment to our warehouses, the shipping address, and the name of person who will be in charge of contacting  and assisting you through the process .

    Step 3- After a representative has contacted you and you have confirmed that the product(s) comply with our exchange requirements, you can proceed with the shipment of the goods.

    Step 4- Once we receive the merchandise, we will proceed to inspect it. If everything meets the standards required by the brand, we will send by e-mail, within no more than 20 business days, a coupon with the same amount of your purchase, to be redeemed in our online store.

    IMPORTANT: As it is an intimate garment, Agua Menta DOES NOT accept returns.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    1- We will not proceed to issue your coupon until the product(s) have been checked and approved, nor do we make product reservations on the page. Changes are subject to availability.

    2- Coupons must be redeemed within 60 days after being sent to your email.

    3- Do not make ship your product(s) without first going through the exchange procedure and that one of our staff has contacted you.

    4- If by the time of delivery the package looks manipulated or damaged, do not receive it and immediately notify our Customer Service Center to the email atencion@aguamenta.com .

    5- Changes are not accepted in physical stores.

    6- When changing a product, you will receive a coupon to redeem within our web page. If your new purchase exceeds the value of the coupon, you will only proceed to pay the difference of your purchase.

    7- If the change occurs outside of the Dominican Republic , apart from any difference that may be in the purchase (case mentioned in point 6), you will have to pay for the shipping again, regardless of the amount of the purchase .

    IN CASE OF RETURN BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY

    In the event that the shipping company returns the merchandise alleging “address not valid”, “address change”, “customer not found” or any other reason that prevents the shipping company from delivering your order, the sale will be automatically canceled and we will proceed to refund your money minus administrative fees processed by the financial entity that processed your bank transaction.

    Before the refund / return of your money, we will contact you, to see what has happened, if there was an error and you agree that we proceed to send your order again

     

    DELAY OF ORDERS

    Agua Menta will ship your order up to 3 days after receiving it. You will be provided with a Tracking Number on the page of the company that will transport you (according to your choice), so that you can see where your package is. If your order does not arrive on the estimated date, please contact our Customer Service Center to the email atencion@aguamenta.com , so that we can find out what could have happened.

     

    AGUA MENTA GUARANTEE

    If Agua Menta has made any mistake in your order and you decide not to accept it again, we will proceed with the refund in full, without any kind of discount or penalties.

    Orders are shipped by courier within 3 days of check-in.

    Deliveries are made during business hours, any questions or changes, please contact DHL in your country. For any queries about the status of your shipment, please visit www.dhl.com using your shipment tracking number, which arrived in your email.

    We remind you that when purchasing on the Agua Menta website, more than U$500.00, your shipping is FREE to any destination in the world.

    IMPORTANT: Agua Menta is not responsible for any delay you may have in your shipment.

     

    IMPORT TAXES

    Each country has its own laws for imports, so all shipments are subject to tax payments, (check if it applies in your country, so you don’t have any unwanted surprises). As we work with DHL, they give you the option to do the entire process for you (if applicable), they can take care of the entire customs process (Import) as well as the Taxes and/or Duties payment process (if applicable) ), the other option is that they deliver all the documentation and you take care of the entire customs process (Import) in your country.

    If there are no taxes to pay, you will receive your purchase directly from the comfort of your home.

    IMPORTANT: None of the Agua Menta products include import taxes from any country (if applicable).
