FREE Pickup & FREE Delivery in Dominican Republic
Agua Menta offers Free PICKUP to the entire Dominican Republic, without the need for a minimum purchase (they are made by BMCargo and the same is made up to the branch you choose according to your province within the Dominican Republic where they are available).
The client has the option of a Free Delivery within Greater Santo Domingo, the options are available at the time of Checkout, there you choose the shipping method.

Agua Menta works with DHL, one of the largest courier and parcel companies in the world, to handle its shipments to any international destination.
Orders are shipped 3 to 5 days after billing.
Deliveries are made during business hours. Please contact DHL in your country if you have any questions or need to make any adjustments. For any questions about the Status of your shipment, please go to www.dhl.com, then type in the Tracking Number of your shipment that was sent to your email.
We remind you that when you buy more than US $ 300.00 on the Agua Menta website, your shipment is FREE to the American Continent. And when you buy more than US $ 500.00 on the Agua Menta website, your shipment is FREE to the rest of the world, besides American Continent.
IMPORTANT: Agua Menta is not responsible for any delay experienced with your shipment.
For Agua Menta the most important thing is to have our clients happy and that they feel that they received the best Service and the best product, for this if you want to change one or more pieces, purchased in the On Line store, you have up to 30 days to change the (s ) itself, this period is counted from the day you receive the product.
IMPORTANT: Changes, only products that have the labels on without violating, original packaging, have all their accessories and that have not been used, washed or altered, will be accepted. All products that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted for exchange and will be automatically sent back to the customer without prior notice.
Change a product
First Change shipping is free (rule valid only for shipments within the Dominican Republic)
Step 1- On this page you will find a Form that says "Change Form", fill out this Form with the required information.
IMPORTANT: Check very well the conditions of the "Change Policies" and that your product (s) meet all the requirements requested to make a Change in the Agua Menta On Line store.
Step 2- You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment to our warehouses, the shipping address and the personnel who will be in charge and in contact with you.
Step 3- After a representative contacts you, that you have confirmed that the product (s) meet the required conditions, you can proceed with the shipment of the merchandise.
Step 4- Once we receive the merchandise, we will proceed to inspect; If everything meets the standards required by the brand, we will proceed to send you by email, in up to 20 business days, a Voucher in the same value as your purchase, to consume again in our Online Store.
IMPORTANT: As it is an intimate clothing, AguaMenta DOES NOT accept returns, only changes.
Change Request Form

- We do not proceed to send a coupon for the returned amount, until the approval of the analysis of the product (s), nor do we make product reservations on the page. Changes are subject to availability.
- Coupons have a consumption time of up to 60 days after being sent to your mail.
- Do not make the shipment (s) without first doing the Exchange procedure and having one of our personnel contacted you.
- If at the time of delivery the packaging is violated or damaged, do not receive the order and immediately notify our Customer Service Center by email email@example.com.
- Changes are not accepted in physical stores.
- When changing a product, you will receive a coupon for the purchase amount to consume within our page, in case your new purchase exceeds the value of the coupon, you will only proceed to pay the difference of your purchase.
- If the change occurs outside the Dominican Republic, apart from any difference that may exist in the purchase (case mentioned in point Number 6), you have to pay for the shipping again, regardless of the purchase amount.
Return cases by the shipping company
In the event that the shipping company returns the merchandise claiming "invalid address", "change of address", "customer not found" or any other reason that prevents the shipping company from delivering your order, the sale will be automatically canceled and we will proceed to refund your money, minus the administrative fees processed by the company that processes the bank transaction,
Before the refund / return of your money, we will contact you, to see what has happened, if there is an error and you agree, we will proceed to send your order again.
Agua Menta will send your order in up to 3 business days after receiving it, you will be informed by a Tracking Number on the page of the company that will transport it (according to your choice). If your order does not arrive on the estimated date, please contact our Customer Service Center by email firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can verify what may have happened.
